  1. Go to your WordPress admin panel
  2. Click "Plugins", then "Add New" at the top
  3. Search for the right plugin using text: "insert header"
  4. Install and activate the plugin "Insert Headers and Footers"
  5. On the WordPress panel, click "Settings", then "Insert Headers and Footers" (assuming you installed the suggested plugin above)
  6. Copy and paste whatever you need into the appropriate "Scripts in Header" or "Scripts in Footer" text boxes
  7. Click "Save" at the bottom
  8. Reload the page and confirm that your text is still there
  9. Test whatever software you are trying to get to work from their website to make sure that everything is working correctly
  10. Done
